Cheesecake

Inspired by the famous and rich cheesecake from La Viña. We beat fresh eggs and mix them with cream, smooth cream cheese, dates to naturally sweeten, and a pinch of whole wheat flour to provide consistency. We bake it in a water bath to achieve a fluffy and light texture. All our desserts and sweets are made with natural ingredients, they do not contain added sugar or sweeteners. We recommend responsible consumption as they contain calorie-rich ingredients.
