Product made with a thin dough based on wheat flour and a filling of chicken and vegetables, which is shaped like a gyoza dumpling and once prepared is subjected to a steaming process and then frozen.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Without thawing beforehand, place the product in a steamer and cook for 6 minutes. If you do not have a steamer, cook from frozen on a griddle, making sure the product is fully cooked on both sides.
INGREDIENTS:
Filling: boneless chicken thigh (70%), Vegetable mix (20%), ginger, SESAME oil, pepper, salt, sugar.
Dough: WHEAT flour and water.
