It is characterized by being: 100% organic, 100% Penedès, and 100% reserve (at least 15 months of aging in the cellar). Tasting notes We find a unique sparkling wine, made with our star variety, Sauvignon Blanc. Appearance: white gold color, not evolved, with a lively bubble that rises gently to the surface of the glass. Nose: After a few minutes of rest in the glass, aging notes reminiscent of yeast from the second fermentation appear, along with a floral background that highlights the variety. Palate: We find a well-integrated, fine and elegant bubble, with a creamy and very pleasant finish. Pairing: Accompanying a dish of white meat with its juice and some chocolate or nut desserts.
