Clío is a red wine from the Jumilla D.O., produced by Bodegas El Nido with a blend of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from vineyards planted in 1944 and 1979 respectively. This wine stands out for its great concentration and complexity, with notes of ripe black fruits, balsamic tones, and mineral hints. It is ideal to pair with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
