CM Prestigio is made from Tempranillo grapes from the Labastida area. In these vineyards, a special pruning to a bud with a maximum production potential of 4,000 kg per hectare is carried out and the grapes are harvested at their point of ripeness by hand in boxes of less than 12 kg. In the winery, after cooling in cold storage, the grapes undergo a double selection process (bunch and berry). Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is then aged in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels from the best cooperages on the market for 18 months before bottling. The result is a wine of a great and intense layer of dark and bright cherry color with a great aroma, very complex and voluptuous and a complex flavor, long and persistent.
