The Devanceiros Coffee Liqueur is made from a traditional recipe gathered from popular knowledge. For its preparation only the following ingredients are used, 100% pomace brandy, natural roasted coffee of the Arabica variety - more aromatic and soft - and a combination of spices among which stand out the nutmeg or orange
A selection of the right blend of different coffee origins of the Arabica variety, a precise roasting in the right measure and an exact maceration time, neither too short, so that the brandy absorbs the colour and aromas of the coffee, nor too long, to avoid the coffee bringing too much acidity to the liqueur, are probably the keys to the production of this exceptional coffee liqueur. However, it is probably the short time between the roasting of the beans and the maceration of the eau-de-vie that ensures that both the properties and the aroma of the coffee are sensationally present in the liqueur
