Unlike other adaptogens such as ginseng, it does not raise blood pressure or produce hormonal disorders. Zinc, vitamin B6 and vitamin B9 act as enhancers of antidepressant treatments, improving their effectiveness.

How to use:

It is recommended in adults to take 2 or 3 times a day diluted with a little water.
