Red Wine Conde de San Cristobal

In the heart of the peninsula, located on the northern plateau and with the Duero River as an axis, is the winery of Conde de San Cristobal under the Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero, one of the most prestigious in Spain.

Their vineyards enjoy an extreme continental climate with marked temperature fluctuations and moderate rainfall. These climatological characteristics have a great influence on the vegetative cycle of the plant and the ripening of the grapes.

Thanks to the extreme temperatures combined with the mountain winds, the wines acquire a high level of acidity, which provides greater structure and longevity. They are opulent wines, with lots of fruit, body and color typical of this wine region.

This wine is made from grapes (86%) Tinto Fino, (6%) Cabernet Sauvignon and (6%) Merlot.

Raised for 12 to 14 months in French, Russian (Caucasus) and American oak barrels, from different cooperages, with light to medium toasting.

It has an alcohol content of 14% vol.

It is recommended to be served at a temperature between 15°C and 16°C.
