In the Platine Premier Cru from Champagne Nicolas Maillart, the blend is dominated by Pinot Noir (55%), complemented by Chardonnay (45%) for added freshness. This Extra Brut Platine is distinguished by its high percentage of reserve wines (30 to 40%), aged in barrel, which brings remarkable consistency and style. Only "Grand" and Premier Crus from the Montagne de Reims are selected for this wine.

The winemaking process, carried out with great delicacy, preserves all the richness of the grapes. Aged for approximately 3 years on the lees, Nicolas Maillart's Extra Brut Platine displays all its complexity. Its natural balance and freshness allows for low dosage (3 g/l).
