Corn flour*, water, tapioca starch*, stabilizer (xanthan gum), preservative (citric acid), and salt.

Heat a skillet or griddle over high heat. When it is very hot, place the tortilla and cook for 10 to 30 seconds on each side. Wait for them to become flexible when folded, then they are ready to enjoy.
