Since 1999, at Chocolates Solé, we are pioneers in the production of organic chocolates.
The foundation of our organic cocoa is the careful selection of its ingredients. The raw materials we use come exclusively from controlled organic farming, free of fertilizers, pesticides, or substances like lecithin, found in the membranes of plant and animal cells. The main ingredients such as cocoa come 100% from the Dominican Republic and the unrefined sugar cane from Brazil.
At Chocolates Solé, we oversee the entire process of organic production and commit to the environment by eliminating aluminum foil in the packaging of our organic chocolates, as it is a non-recyclable and polluting material in the extraction process.
Our range of organic products are endorsed by CCPAE (Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production), which verifies and certifies the use of organic agri-food products, and by the European Union organic seal, which allows us to export outside of Spain.
Solé's eco production chocolate is especially known for its fine flavor and high quality. The result is a combination that satisfies the most sophisticated palates with an excellent taste and the most authentic chocolate flavor.
