Delit Tinto Is A Wine Made With Monastrell Grapes of modern cut and made with vines of more than 50 years located on the same estate of the winery next to the Salinas lagoon (Alicante). Malolactic fermentation carried out with chardonnay lees in 300-liter French oak barrels with batonnage for the first 3 months.
Visually it is of medium to high intensity denoting a compromise between liveliness and elegance. On the nose, tertiary aromas merge with notes of pastry and red fruit dairy aromas, giving rise to an enveloping and round aroma, very pleasant. On the palate, it has an elegant entrance and a tasty passage through the mouth, leaving a pleasant sensation. Its balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins stand out. In the aftertaste, long, reaffirms the pleasant sensation and a little lactic, inviting to continue prolonging the pleasure.
Curiosity: after malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into new French oak barrels of 500L. It is aged on its own lees and on the fine lees of the Chardonnay for 12 months.
