From the hillside 2013 is a white wine with D. O Ribeiro. It is elaborated with grape from vineyards to 140 m above sea level, with southwest orientation and of granite origin, poor in organic matter. The natural drainage produces water scarcity which obliges the plants to regulate their production, getting more concentration and better qualities in the wines.
From the hillside 2013 is a fruity wine, fresh, unctuous and balanced.
Recommended with oily fish, grilled seafood, fish soups and a table of cured and semicured cheeses.
