Diced Iberico acorn-fed ham (Jamon iberico de bellota), salted and cured following traditional techniques in natural curing sheds. You can consume them directly or using them when cooking.

Ideal to eat directly as an snack or mix together with salmorejo or gazpacho (Spanish tomato soap), or add them to your veg stir fry or omelette .

For best results, simply open the package at least 30 minutes before you eat or add to other products for cooking.

How to store our product?

Keep refrigerated between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius. It usually last up to 1 year in the original vacuum pack.

Iberico products can last for up to 2 weeks in your fridge in a container or the original packaging - just make sure you cover them!
