14 months in three-use French oak barrels and 6 months in a 15,000-liter foudre. Wine stabilized with the cold of winter.
A very small production red wine (barely 2,000 bottles) that year after year obtains the approval and enthusiasm of the critics. Unlike previous vintages, it has incorporated 20% Mouratón to its blend, dominated by Brancellao. This warm and dry 2015 vintage was marked by a hailstorm that wiped out much of the production. However, the surviving grapes were harvested in optimal health. A very round, low layer wine , which stands out for its aromas of stewed fruit and its spicy background.
