Enate Crianza is a balanced and well-structured wine protected under the Somontano designation of origin - which means "beginning of the mountain" - specifically, produced between the Ebro River valley and the Pyrenees of Huesca. It is a good choice for our table, especially if it will be paired with meats, sausages, cheeses, or smoked foods.
Varieties: Tempranillo 70% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30%. Aging: 9 months in barrel and 18 months in bottle. Tasting: Sight: Deep cherry red color. Nose: Intense and complex aroma, rich in smoky and spicy nuances over a background of ripe red fruits. Palate: Balanced tannic structure, dense and meaty on the palate with an extraordinarily long finish where fine toasted notes appear. Serving temperature: 16-18 ºC. Pairing: Excellent with all types of meats and stews, enhances the flavor of smoked and accompanied cheeses, also recommended for pasta dishes with vegetables.
