Enrique Mendoza Santa Rosa Reserva is an assembly (70% Cabernet, 15% Merlot and 15% Shiraz) which has been elaborated with selected grapes from the vineyards in the Chaconero Vinyears.
Enrique Mendoza Santa Rosa Reserva is an assembly (70% Cabernet, 15% Merlot and 15% Shiraz) which has been elaborated with selected grapes from the vineyards in the Finca El Chaconero in Villena.
This wine was raised in the barrel room of the winery in Alfaz del Pi for 17 months in new French Allier oak barrels.
Enrique Mendoza Santa Rosa Reserve is high-layer. Ruby Red Color, intense with tiled gleams acquired in its ageing.
In the olfactory phase it is very mineral, with memories of graphite, humus, black stones and freshly carved earth, these mineral aromas are finely intertwined with notes of spices, balsamics and florals such as Violet.
In the mouth it is a very balanced wine, uniting power and elegance with a firm tannic load in the center of the mouth, without reconcentrations or aggressiveness.
The aftertaste is broad and harmonious, returning the smoked and toasted notes acquired by their passage in casks.
