White Wine Entremares Semi-sweet
TheWhite Wine Entremares belongs to the wineries Orán, comes from the Land of Extremadura and is made from the native grape varieties of Extremadura: Eva, Mantua, Cayetana and Pardina. The first two varieties mentioned are long cycle and have lots of fresh fruit and a higher acidity. The next two are earlier varieties of finer grapes, sweet and elegant.
What is sought with this wine is balance between acidity and sweetness giving this blend of varieties a refreshing and fun white wine.
Entremares is a low alcohol white wine that is obtained by stopping the fermentation with cold. Due to the fermentation process achieves an alcohol content of 11%.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 3ºC and 5°C.
