Mousse made by hand. Duck mousse is the first step in getting to know the foie gras family.
INGREDIENTS:
Duck liver (32%), Milk, pork bacon, chicken liver, duck fat (11%), egg, salt, brandy, spices, preservative E-250 and antioxidant E-301.
PREPARATION:
Direct consumption without heat treatment. Serve cold, put in the refrigerator 24 hours before consumption.
EXPIRATION:
Consume preferentially within 4 years.
