Essència is our new Extra Virgin Olive Oil from early harvest and unfiltered.
An unfiltered EVOO, made exclusively from olives sourced from our family fields in the village of Capmany, an olive grove that has been part of the family home where Jesus's father, grandfather, great-grandfather, etc., were born, and where oil has always been produced for personal use from their old farmhouse.
This year, thanks to an exceptional harvest, we have been able to produce a small surplus and turn it into a limited edition that we now want to share with you.
A sincere, pure, and direct oil that reflects the essence of our land: intensity, character, and authenticity.
Intense aroma of green leaf, tomato plant, and fresh almond. On the palate, it is balanced, with a smooth entry and a characteristic peppery finish typical of early Picual.
