Production: Born and produced in the albarizas of the Sierra de Montilla. Fermented in cold and vinified with the utmost care to maintain its natural qualities unchanged.
Aging: Young Harvest
Appearance: Pale yellow with slight greenish iridescence, bright; Smooth mobility in the glass (glycerol)
Aroma: Intense and perfumed on the nose with tones reminiscent of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango, and guava combined with clear citrus tones, green tea, and pear in syrup
Taste: In the mouth it is smooth, fresh, with delicate bitter and salty tones. Persistent. Once again the already defined aromas of the nose
Service: Very Cold (4 to 6º C.)
Gastronomy: Excellent as an aperitif or with salads, fish, chicken, rice, pasta, and cheese
