Estela de Arrayán is a wine from the Denominación de Origen Méntrida made from Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot varieties and aged for 17 months in new French oak barrels. This wine has been made after the devatting of the tanks destined for the Arrayán Premium
The pomace is bled without exerting any pressure. The blending is carried out prior to 17 months of aging in new French oak barrels. Estela de Arrayán is a special wine, of which Bodegas Arrayán will allocate part of the sales to the projects of the Guttman Institute Foundation, specializing in research and treatment of people with acquired brain damage.
