The Evening Primrose Oil is obtained through cold pressing. Thanks to this method, it maintains its natural properties. Thus, this oil is very rich in essential fatty acids, specifically Linoleic Acid and Gamma-Linolenic Acid. The EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) approves the consumption of both fatty acids as they contribute to maintaining normal cholesterol levels. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
