The new Extra Virgin Arbequina Olive Oil with Harissa from Castillo de Canena, with an intense red color, is a special and unique spicy oil, distinguished by its fluidity, balance, and freshness. For the making of this infused oil, they have created their own, original, and surprising recipe for Harissa sauce (made with dried red pepper, cayenne, garlic, coriander, and caraway) which they infuse with exceptional extra virgin arbequina olive oil.
In this way, it presents in the foreground the toasted and pungent aromas of cayenne, followed by the other spices, where each of them is perfectly identified in the aftertaste: garlic, coriander, and caraway. This is combined and intensified with the fruity and green aromas of fresh arbequina olive juice.
