Intense green oilwith a high concentration of chlorophylls and great expressiveness. It presents a very young fruity of green leaf, tomato, green apple and banana peel also very green. Its flavor is intense with a predominance of green almond, green grass, banana peel, artichoke, tomato plant, vine stalks, buns, walnut rind and green apple. Bitterness and spiciness somewhat more prominent but well integrated and very balanced.
Special for salad dressings, tomato soup, gazpacho, ham and cheeses, grilled meats, etc . This is a limited edition of the oil harvested on the first day of the harvest. Each year a personality from the arts, science, society... gives the label his or her peculiar vision of this magical day.
