The grapes for the production of Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne come from different plots spread over the terroirs of Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise and are vinified in the Domaine's cellar in Nuits-Saint-Georges and aged in French oak barrels of excellent quality for 12 to 14 months, depending on the vintage.
Domaine Faiveley is a centenary winery with 127 hectares, one of the largest in Burgundy, which works its vineyards using sustainable viticulture, a philosophy that the seventh generation that today runs the winery maintains to the letter as a parameter to obtain the best quality and authenticity in each harvest as well as to contribute to the maintenance of biodiversity in its plots, a symptom of the good health they enjoy and a legacy that has passed from generation to generation during its almost two centuries of history.
