Production and aging

Finca La Estacada is a single-variety Tempranillo grape. Traditional vinification. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8 days, followed by a maceration period of about 20 days. After this process, the wine is directly transferred to barrels.

Finca La Estacada then undergoes aging for 6 months in American and French oak barrels, and an additional 2 months in the bottle to round out its flavors.
