Finca Las Caraballas Sector 2.8 is a white wine made from Verdejo and organic Viognier grapes.
SECTOR 2.8 faithfully represents the terroir of a very specific area of Finca las Caraballas, where clay-loam soils of great structure are combined with a clonal selection very well adapted to this soil.
The must is obtained by direct pressing after a variable maceration time, with a slight natural static racking in stainless steel tanks, without the addition of any oenological coadjuvant.
Golden yellow, clean with abundant and fine tears.
Intense, complex and elegant nose, with hints of stone fruit that blend with citrus background.
Tasty, unctuous and fresh on the palate, with a slight mineral touch, great persistence and a long finish with apricot, lychee and dried apricots that invite you to enjoy it even more.
