Finca Resalso is a young red wine produced by Emilio Moro winery in the Ribera del Duero D.O.
Finca Resalso is made by Emilio Moro winery, which is now in its 3rd family generation, and as José Moro says, remembering his childhood, they have reached this point through hard work, dedication, and humility.
Finca Resalso is made from the Tinta Fina variety and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. The name corresponds to the estate where the grapes used for production are grown, and where the vineyards were first planted in 1932, the year of Emilio Moro's birth.
Finca Resalso is ideal to accompany barbecued red meats, aged cheeses, and pasta with meat. It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
