The Puerto de Indias Pure Black Edition gin is a premium gin inspired by the Andalusian spring, characterized by its floral aromas.
The Puerto de Indias Distillery was created in the late 19th century, one of the oldest in Andalusia. Since 2013, the Puerto de Indias gin has been produced. Its name is related to the discovery of America, when Seville was the main port of trade between Spain and the New World.
Gin Puerto de Indias Pure Black Edition is made using the traditional method in old copper stills. Some of the botanicals used are juniper, orange peel, lemon, jasmine, vanilla, and orange blossoms.
The design of its bottle is composed of 12 faces inspired by the Torre del Oro, a representative monument of Seville, which refers to the Puerto de Indias, one of the main ports of exchange of goods between Spain and the New World.
Appearance: Gin Puerto de Indias Pure Black Edition is transparent and crystal clear in color.
Nose: Strong aroma of juniper and citrus, with hints of selected raw materials such as jasmine and vanilla, as well as subtle touches of orange blossom.
Palate: Intense and bitter flavor, marked by juniper. Floral and fruity.
Gin Puerto de Indias Pure Black Edition is ideal for making cocktails combined with premium tonics.
Given its bitterness, it is recommended to accompany it with lemon soda, tonics with citrus notes, or even dry premium tonics.
