The Gran Paladar 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham, comes from Iberian pigs, raised in freedom and fed with acorns, herbs and other natural resources offered by the mountains of Huelva. A breeding that follows the tradition of the Sierra de Aracena. The climate of the Dehesa shapes the aroma and texture of the ham. This ham is cured for 36 months

Every connoisseur of the Iberian Pig knows that there is no other animal on earth that manages to infiltrate the fat into the muscle like these pigs. This is how we get our sausages and hams to develop more marbled meat compared to hams from other breeds of pigs

In our online store you have several sizes of this piece of ham, you can choose between pieces of 7 to 7.5 kilos, 7.5 to 8 kilos, or 8 to 8.5 kilos. Allowing you to buy quality sausage at a very affordable price. From Gran Paladar, we deliver the whole piece, boneless or in sliced format of 100g.
