There are many ways to accompany green beans, they are delicious with clams, but also with other types of seafood, with fish and with products resulting from hunting, for example, green beans with wild boar or with deer also stand out.

They are small in size so they need less cooking time than fabada beans. Their characteristic green color is due to being harvested early and receiving less sunlight, if they are harvested later they lose their green color and turn white.

They are sold in 500 gr bags.

Store in a cool, dry place and preferably dark.
