The Beef Burgers are handcrafted with fresh pieces of meat, they have not been subjected to cooking, curing or aging processes.
The flavor of beef is intense, making these burgers ideal for grilling or cooking on a griddle.
It is recommended to remove the piece from the packaging and let it sit at room temperature for 1 or 2 hours, cook it with a few drops of olive oil, caramelizing it on both sides and leaving it medium-rare on the inside.
