The Iberian Cebo Campo Ham comes from selected Iberian pigs fatty and aged, which allow the development of such an exclusive raw material. It is cured for 30 months, which takes place in Salamanca in natural drying sheds, which is distinguished by an extraordinary aroma and flavour. It does not contain gluten, colouring agents or lactose.
