The Initio is a red wine made by the Las Moradas de San Martín winery, located in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, in the Community of Madrid. This wine reflects the varietal character of Grenache, with grapes from vines over sixty years old. The label features a fragment of the story "Brindis", by the writer and journalist Marta Rivera de la Cruz.
