Honest wine that tries to capture the personality of the original Aragonese Garnacha, the first known in the world with records dating back to the 7th century. It comes from organic viticulture on vineyards between 50 and 75 years old, with minimal human intervention and natural fertilizer from the local sheep herd. It is fermented with wild yeast and partially aged in cement. The result is a very affordable red wine endorsed by the Jorge Ordóñez group.
