Victoria Nº2, of Bodegas Ordoñez comes from a selection of old vineyards located in the highest points of the municipality of Almáchar, in Malaga. The harvest is carried out manually in mid-August. Fermentation is carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks and, as is characteristic of this type of wine, its alcohol comes exclusively from the fermentation of the grapes: this is stopped by lowering the temperature once the desired alcohol content is reached. 190g/L of residual sugar.
