Cortijo Los Aguilares Graciano 2020 is a red wine from the Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.) Sierras de Málaga, produced by the Cortijo Los Aguilares winery in Ronda, one of the highest viticultural areas of Andalusia. This wine is 100% Graciano, an uncommon variety outside of Rioja, cultivated at this winery to express its character in a unique mountain climate. Harvesting is done by hand, followed by careful selection of the grapes, with fermentation aimed at highlighting the varietal character of Graciano. The wine is then aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, which allows it to develop greater complexity and structure while maintaining the freshness of the variety.
