Júlia Bernet Brut Nature Ú is a Corpinnat sparkling wine produced at the Júlia Bernet winery, located in Catalonia, and made from Xarel-lo.

The Júlia Bernet personal project was started by Xavier Bernet in 2001, when he decided to stop selling grapes from the family vineyards in Subirats (Barcelona) to create his own wines and sparkling wines. This decision has resulted in limited productions of high quality with a marked indigenous character. Since 2018, Júlia Bernet has been part of the European Union's Collective Mark Corpinnat, a seal that guarantees the quality of organic sparkling wines.

It comes from young vineyards in the Ordal mountain range. Harvested by hand, looking for the optimum ripeness of the grapes.

Once in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and the fermentation of the must begins for approximately 20 days, then it rests for about 5 months, offering a fresh, light wine with a touch of acidity.

This wine will ferment again in the bottle for approximately 45 days and will begin a minimum ageing period of 18 months.
