Single varietal xarel-lo from Espiells. Of a beautiful golden color, with deep and complex aromas that surprise. Intense notes of stone fruits (peach, apricot, loquat...) coexist with aromas of brioche and butter. Gradually, as the cava opens up, a faint background of nuts and curry appears, as well as a light touch of toast, typical of the long aging. The palate is very creamy, structured and incredibly fresh. Its persistence is remarkable and leaves hints of dried apricots (dried apricots), nuts and fine pastries.at the highest part of the Espiells estate is La Capella at two hundred meters above sea level. It is a singular vineyard, with an austere and shallow terrain. The magnificent conditions of the Penedés favor the production of xarel-los in Espiells. The result is a grape with a lot of character and nerve, which is essential for this long-aged cava. The estate serves to reinforce the hallmarks of this cava: structure, complexity and freshness.
