Variety: 100% Garnacha. Aging: 4-6 months in American oak and at least 6 months in the bottle. Tasting notes: Mature cherry red color, covered with violet hues. Fruity (strawberries and raspberries), floral, and hints of undergrowth. Toasted aromas from aging, smoke, and tobacco. Structured wine, balanced, and excellent acidity. Soft entry that later shows its tannic load, but as a soft, sweet, and velvety tannin. Pairing: due to its complexity, it is an excellent companion for red meats, Iberian products, and aged cheeses.
