Manual harvest. Upon entering the winery, the grapes go through a refrigeration chamber where they are cooled to 5ºC. After destemming, fermentation takes place in small open stainless steel tanks, with an aerial punching system. Aging for 12 months in 300-liter Central European oak barrels and concrete eggs.
Deep cherry color, it presents a wide range of aromatic sensations.
Notes of raw hazelnut, red fruit, and balsamic memories of undergrowth, which later evolve into notes of plum and black olive.
On the palate, it provides a fresh entry that refers to the fruit, good acidity that balances the sweetness of the Grenache, and a long finish
