The red wine lalama is a wine belonging to the appellation of Origin Ribeira Sacra and is made with grape Mencía, Brancellao and Garnacha Tintorera from several vineyards whose age is between 15 and 100 years, planted in soils of composition Varied: slate, clay or granite, at altitudes from 300 to 700 m.
NOTE: decanting is recommended. Because it has been bottled without filtering, it can present solid waste.
Aging:
Malolactic fermentation in casks. Aged on Lees for 16 months in French oak barrels, for 4 months in Foudres and, later, for 18 months in bottle.
Cherry Red Color. Intense Aroma with fruity display, the red fruit being the protagonist. In the mouth it has a structure and a rich acidity.
