The most common way to eat canónigos is by adding them to your salads. But you can also make a delicious canónigos pesto. In a blender, you should put about 100g of canónigos, 40g of shelled pistachios, 70g of parmesan cheese, 1 small garlic clove, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Blend everything together and you will have a delicious sauce that you can use for pasta.
