It is made from the best grapes of the harvest, those from the highest areas of the estates, where there is less production.
It is a blend of the best grapes from our best 4 estates: Carrequintana, Alto de Lambuena, Alto de las Conejeras and San Andrés. Made with 90% Tinta del Pais, 10% Cabernet and Merlot.
It is aged for 16 months in barrel and several years in bottle, until it reaches its fullest stage. As a result we have a wine of great complexity, with spicy and truffle aromas on a background of ripe fruit and mineral notes obtained from the clay soils. It is a fleshy, full, long, tasty and mineral wine, very representative of our terroir.
