Varietal: 100% Garnacha.
Ageing: 12 months in American, European and French oak.
Time in bottle: more than 6 months.
Tasting:
Intense color almost opaque, cherry cherry with violet hints, in thin layer.
Powerful aroma of bramble fruits (blackberries, currants) cherry. Light balsamic aromas and great complexity.
In the mouth it has structure and "fat_x0094_, tannins of great quality and powerful.
Pairing: for its complexity is an excellent accompaniment to red meats, Iberian and cured cheeses.
Consume preferably between 17 - 18ºC.
