Botanicals from our land such as thyme or rosemary predominate, with freshness provided by citrus fruits such as lime and lemon (which are hand-peeled one by one); then everything is macerated in high-quality alcohol. Distilled in a copper still. Hand-labeled and numbered, each bottle is numbered with its batch and bottle number.
