The Red Wine Lavia Origen of D.O. Bullas has a grape variety 100% Monastrell coming from vineyards over 50 years old, the soil of this vineyard is deep alluvial limestone-based, is poor in organic matter and the presence of clay occurs in thicker skins grains.
