Legaris Verdejo is a white wine from the D.O. Rueda made by Legaris. The architecture of the bodega Legaris expresses the essence of its wines. In harmonious modernity with the surroundings, it is open to the light and to the vines establishing a link between the exterior and the interior, between the necessary functionality of the spaces, the nature and the history. Everything talks about a new concept of wine.
This wine has been elaborated with Verdejo grape varieties (93%) and Sauvignon Blanc (7%). The Verdejo grapes were harvested at night. They macerated with their skins for 4-6 hours, were pressed and a static debourbage was made. Temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. It has no malolactic fermentation or ageing.
Tasting in sight
Straw yellow attenuated with greenish reflections. Clean and shiny.
Tasting on the nose
It has a very intense wine on the nose, with floral notes and white fruit and mild fennel nuances.
Tasting in the mouth
In the mouth it has a good volume and is persistent, with a bitter end characteristic of the Verdejo variety.
