The Olalla Jamones Sliced Cebo de Campo Iberian Pork Loin is elaborated using our tradition and our fantastic pigs. With a crossbreeding of more than 50% Iberian, reared and fattened in freedom in the Dehesas de Huelva and Extremadura on the basis of field products and cereals such as corn, wheat and barley. Cured for more than 4 months in drying sheds and natural cellars, its flavor is very pleasant, sweet and smooth. Its versatility and quality make it an Iberian product suitable for all tastes

Tips for optimal tasting
Before opening the bag we strongly recommend that it is at room temperature (between 20 and 25º would be optimal). A little trick is to pass the case through lukewarm water in order to lose the cold resulting from the conservation. Afterwards, remove the slices and carefully separate them one by one and then place them on the plate. Ideally, wait about 5 minutes for the product to air completely and recover its natural aromas. Once the sachet has been opened, we recommend that it be consumed at the same time
